Rukthar

Rukthar, a grim and indomitable warlord of the Black Echelon, leads his Uruk-hai with a chilling blend of discipline and cruelty. His unwavering devotion to Saruman fuels his relentless campaigns, his forces striking with precision and terror under his command. Rukthar's disdain for weakness and his strategic brilliance make him a fearsome adversary, his troops a scourge upon Middle-earth's Free Peoples.
