Ocs Hall

Ocs Hall is one of the few towns in the Vlandian kingdom that was founded after the seizure of the land from the Empire. This valley was once an isolated holdout of Battanians, centered on the Llyn Modris, a marshy pool said to be the court of a watery spirit-queen to whom the peoples of the region made offerings. It was conquered however by the Vlandian warlord Oca, who drained the pool for farmland and built his great hall on the heights above. The Battanian tribes were driven inland, over the Rhennod, and took their legends with them.
