Hunab
Hunab lies in the Sahel al-Wuhush, the Plain of Beasts, weathered mesas of the Jarjara Escarpment. Although the name comes from the mysterious petroglyphs of animals found caved throughout the valley, it could just as well refer to the fine steeds reared today, fed on the lush if short-lasting crop of grass that covers the slopes in the spring.
