Tipping the scales
Your troops are taking a bit longer than usual to get ready, and you've had time to relax a bit and watch goings-on at the market. One commodity vendor in particular has caught your attention. He always uses one set of weights for the sacks that he is buying from local farmers, and another for goods that he sells. You have little doubt that one or both of these sets is a false measure, allowing him to defraud his customers.
