Rûklash

Rûklash holds his banner in the slag-pits and forges of Gorgoroth, under the red light of Orodruin, where his sire was a taskmaster of the bellows. He clawed up out of the labour-gangs by breaking the captain who had flogged him as a snaga, and dragged the body up the slag-heap so the smiths would see who walked down. The men of Gondor know nothing of him yet, but the smith-orcs name him the Hammer of the Pit. He despises the Arki of Udun, who he says do nothing but stand in lines and be counted.
