The Mouth's Servants

The Mouth's Servants are the Eyes of Barad-dûr operating beyond the Black Gate — informants, enforcers, and spies embedded among the peoples bordering Mordor. Where Sauron's armies cannot yet reach, these agents collect tribute and silence dissent. They work through bribery, blackmail, and quiet murder, ensuring that no conspiracy against the Dark Lord takes root before it is uprooted and crushed.
