Dunlending Reavers

The Dunlending Reavers are the broken remnant of a hill-clan that once dwelt in the valleys now ruled by the Rohirrim. Their grandfathers were driven from fertile land into the rocky heights, and they have nursed that bitterness into a raider's philosophy: everything taken from a southron or a king's man is merely the restoration of what was stolen. In practice they are brigands, but dangerous ones who know every goat-track through the hills.
