Ennoble a fighter
After the battle, one of your [troops] from your party approaches you, dreamed of riding with your cavalry as a [nobles]. He has the money to buy his own horse, and he certainly distinguished himself in the fight. You know however that this will go down badly - with the high-born cavalry, who prefer to mingle with their own class, but probably even more so with his comrades, who will think he scorns them.
